The cost of your session will be determined during the initial phone consultation. I offer a sliding scale on a limited basis.
I currently accept the following insurances:
I am an out of network provider for most other insurances and will provide you with invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I would encourage you to contact your insurance company to find out if they accept out of network coverage for mental health services.
You can call your insurance company and ask the following questions to ensure that you are well informed about insurance and rate of reimbursement before our first session.
I accept cash, checks (made payable to Clarke Counseling and Psychological Services), and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as forms of payment.
If you find that you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that I can schedule individuals that are on the waiting list. If you do not give me at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment then you will be personally charged the cost of the session for your missed appointment. I will only make exceptions based on emergency reasons.
